Twin Cities Trans Mutual Aid (TCTMA) is a self-organized collective of volunteers that fundraises and redistributes funds directly to individuals in the transgender, gender-nonconforming, and intersex communities of the Twin Cities. We raise funds primarily through benefit concerts, direct donations, and long-standing relationships with local artists who donate a portion of their proceeds to our project. Nobody takes a paycheck, and we redistribute every penny we receive. Since our founding in May 2023, we have sent over $200,000 in direct payments to gender-marginalized people in Minnesota.
