AOT strives to hire MN performers and creative team members in order to create a locally sustainable artistic community. AOT welcomes performers of all races, ethnicity, national origin, religion, mental and physical abilities, sexual orientation, gender and identities. We are committed to inclusive casting and support equitable artistic spaces both on and off stage. In an effort to reinvigorate operatic storytelling with social relevance, we highly encourage performers from all identities and experience levels in the classical arts to submit for consideration.
